Returns & Exchanges

At Scrumbles, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
